Rachel was born and raised in Kingsport and has always had a soft spot for animals, particularly cats. She helps care for a local colony in her free time and she is finishing her bachelor’s degree in business administration at ETSU. She loves being part of a team that supports the well-being of every animal that comes through our doors.
